Wellness Weekly encompasses daily well-being tasks that aim to boost both physical and mental health. These tasks incorporate not only simple physical activities and healthy eating habits but also strategies for effectively managing stress and anxiety. Our daily tasks are designed to be simple and achievable, yet effective in promoting overall wellness!
Although being enforced by Seoyeon Lee, Jiyun An, Jane Song, Chaeeun Lee, Daniel Lim, and Tair Issabekov at Shanghai Community International School and Haileybury Almaty in Kazakhstan, these calendars can be followed by anyone...including YOU! Take a small step for your well-being every day!
