Just to clarify, all of us experience stress at some points in life and it is completely normal! Stress means responsibility - worrying about a certain event and thus taking responsibility!
To deal with stress, try to find activities that make you happy. This could be exercising, reading books, playing a musical instrument, talking with friends/family, self care, drawing.
Believe in yourself, keep working hard and dont worry!
