Gratitude is strongly correlated and often associated with happiness and positive emotions. Studies show that being grateful and thankful can bring about happiness. Expressing gratefulness at the little or big things in life allows us to be conscious and grateful for what we have.

Gratitude helps us become consistent with the things that make us happy, with more gratitude for the things in life we feel more fulfilled. It is so important to be grateful in life in order to be happy.

Happiness is a result of having gratitude. Gratitude allows us to remind good things or occasions in our lives. We feel happiness through dopamine, a neurotransmitter in our brain, and having gratitude is one of the best ways to produce dopamine.

Books about creating healthy habits:
I don't have one yet, but I got one YouTube video that is very helpful! The video actually motivated me to start exercising regularly:) <How Exercise Makes you Smarter and a Better Student (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dwMMn2FdBFQ) >
"What’s the connection between gratitude and happiness?":
We can be happy when we buy something. That's why we all love to do shopping. However, does shopping give us long-term happiness? No, once we own an item, we start wanting to buy another item. The feeling that we do not have the item take happiness from us. Shopping won't give us long-term happiness because we cannot buy everything we want. However, you know what? We can be thankful for everything whenever we want. We can be grateful for our families, house, weather, etc etc. From very little things to hugeee things such as the nature, we have so many things to be thankful for. As soon as we become grateful for something, that something turns into something important and valuable. This means that as we become thankful for more things, we got to own more and more valuable things with us. Gratitude has ability to bring long-term happiness.

2. I will try to find one, I don't have one yet
3. I think gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, and improve their health. Also, the more grateful we feel for little things, the more satisfied we will be with life.
I think that practicing gratitude can significantly boost one's happiness in life. Taking the time to be grateful allows us to focus on the good instead of our worries and problems. It also helps us understand the value of the things we have, and teaches us to appreciate them more.
