Stress is normal! All of us have experienced stress at some points in life. However, stress should be also relieved to maintain a thorough balance with happiness!
So, some of the tips to reveal stress are:
1) Talk to someone you trust. Just talking it out can be very useful! Communication is key!
2) Enable self care. Take care of your skin! A healthy body has a healthy spirit!
3) Exercise. When exercising, your body releases endorphins (happiness hormone). Also, your body gets in shape which makes you feel more confident!
4) Meditate. Meditation is a wonderful skill! You get to empty your mind and get rid of any negative energy (including stress).
5) Changing environment. Explore the world! Discover new hobbies (such as a certain sport, music, art); walk outside; hangout with your friends; visit museums.
