In this post, I would like to introduce you our new project: Wellness Weekly. My team (Jiyun, Chaeeun, and Seoyeon) have created calendars that contains daily tasks that boosts mental wellbeing. The calendar below is the first calendar of wellness weekly which is for April. Mental wellbeing is not something that can be achieved in one day practice. It is something that we need to practice everyday. I wish Wellness Weekly to be a helpful project for your wellbeing in April! My team will be uploading calendar for May and June very soon :)
