Hi everyone! Hope you're all doing well and taking care of yourselves amidst the busy schedules and academic workload :)
As we kick off the month of May, I hope to share our second calendar for Wellness Weekly project, created with my team (Jiyun, Jane, Chaeeun, Daniel, and me). May’s calendar aims for us to spread kindness and positivity to those around us. This month's tasks will encourage us to engage in acts of kindness, both big and small, and reflect on the positive impact it has on themselves and others. These acts can make our world a happier place for everyone!
